Entry to the property is through either a drive-in gate or walk-in metal gate. Inside you will find plenty of parking, a garage, and small front yard. Around back, the house offers a wonderful yard, patio area, and pool. The entire property is enclosed by high walls on three sides and a tall lush hedge along the back giving one a sense of complete privacy and seclusion.
The house itself is Hacienda style and “L” shaped,. On one leg of the “L” are two bedrooms that open onto the patio and pool. Each bedroom has a queen be, TV, and it’s own bath and shower. On the other leg of the “L” is a large living, dining, and kitchen area that also opens to the pool and patio. Upstairs is a large master bedroom and bath that overlooks the pool. The bath is beautifully done with marble counter tops and inlaid sinks.
The house is wonderfully decorated and fully equipped with all the amenities you would expect in a luxury rental, including 4 TVs, DVD, surround sound stereo, washer and dryer, and fully equipped kitchen.
Less than a minute’s walk to Langosta Beach, you’re also just steps away from a small grocery store, three good restaurants, and a small internet cafe. Only a mile and change from the center of Tamarindo, it’s an easy 20 minute walk to town. Langosta has a great surf break and you can swim at the mouth of the estuary. Cross the estuary and you’re on one of the most pristine beaches in Costa Rica.
