"Great vacation, great property, great management. I highly recommend others stay at RPM Properties on a visit to Playa Langosta and Tamarindo. The condo we stayed in was fabulous, great condition, upgraded furnishings and kitchen. Everything was in great working order and extremely comfortable, and even when we had one glitch with the TV going out after a power surge, one quick call to the office, had someone at our door within 10 minutes to reset the TV. The office staff was fantastic, extremely helpful and quite accommodating, offering great restaurant recommendations, tour and excursion suggestions and overall advice in how to make the most of our week-long vacation. In short, our trip was wonderful. "

Restful, Restorative Tamarindo
This is our second stay at Cerce del Mar in Tamarindo and loved every minute! This is the only place my husband can forget about work completely without phones or internet. We love the private pool where you never have to leave and the secret gardens but, too many great restaurants (favs, Ursula's, Taco Stop). Great new AutoMercado grocery store since the last time we were there with gourmet quality meats and vegetables and a good liquor dept. A perfect getaway for 2 easygoing, friendly couples.

BEAUTIFUL, PRIVATE, UNIQUE WITH PHENOMENAL POOL & VIEW!
Was probably our best stay ever in the world. Very private and wonderful villa. Euro-Style. Pool is exceptional and you can not beat the view. Luxury stay and perfect for animal people as their are 2 friendly house cats that come and go. Very secure gated villa but you will need to taxi up steep hill or rent a car...but its so very much worth it. Only $6 for Taxi to village.

Dream Vacation
What a beautiful house in a beautiful part of the world! The House was perfect! 3 luxury bedrooms contained on their own. A great open concept main room so that family members can interact with each other and share their great stories about the adventures of the day. Our guide that was recommended by RPM Jose was truly a gem. The tour he took us on and places he recommended was exactly what we wanted. We are already planning our next vacation!

We are back from CR and gradually re-entering the world of routine...UGH!! We just wanted to let you know that we had a fantastic time in Langosta and your home was PERFECT for our family vacation. It was just as you promised and then some! Everyone was wonderful.......Tara was extremely helpful to us and Pablo was a wonderful ambassador for the villa property. He takes great care of it as I’m sure you already know. There was nothing we didn’t have. The cleaning woman was thorough and much appreciated. The staff at the security gate was very professional and friendly. Everyone we met at the pool throughout the week was extremely nice and we so loved the feeling of community during our stay. Thank you again for everything!!
