Enjoy al fresco dining under the vine-covered pergola on the dining terrace, or cocktails on the shaded outdoor living room terrace (with ceiling fan) where the sun sets over Tamarindo Bay. The adjacent grilling area consists of a spacious tiled area with gas grill, sink and ample tiled counter space. Half a level below, the Infiniti pool (with underwater benches that afford a lovely viewpoint of sea and sky) is flanked by a jasmine-scented tropical gardens and a separate bougainvillea covered pergola. The large Peruvian tiled terrace offers lounging in both sun and shade.
The comfortable indoor living room with vaulted ceiling and large windows overlooking the view, leads into an indoor dining room and subsequently to the large state of the art kitchen with Brazilian marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and gas oven with six burners. All rooms are fully air-conditioned, have Peruvian tiled floors, exotic wood doors and are decorated in a style combining beautiful art, antiques and elegant furnishings.
Listen to the surf below from each of the ocean view bedrooms. The luxurious master bedroom has a king sized bed, flat screen TV and Juliet balcony. The master bath with large, exotic wood vanity and bowl sink boasts a strata tiled shower open to the vastness of the ocean view. Off the completely private MBR suite is a sixth bedroom/ study (perfect for small children) with views of Playa Tamarindo and Playa Langosta. The lower level houses two bedrooms (one with a queen sized bed and chaise lounge, the other with a double bed), a large bath with glass enclosed shower, and a third living/flat screen TV room off of a large private terrace. A separate two story casita off of the outdoor dining area consists of a large bedroom with Queen sized bed and luxurious bath on each level, the top level with a balcony.
Wake to the sound of birds (so far we have counted 53 varieties from out terrace), or occasionally to monkeys conversing in the distance. If you are lucky, you may even see whales passing by the point below.
The caretakers, Andy and Cynthia, live in the apartment over the
garage at the rear of the property and offer concierge services at the
guests requests.
