Vacation Rentals - General Information
- We welcome Visa and Mastercard. There is a 3% processing fee for all credit card charges.
- A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to confirm reservations. The balance is due and non-refundable 30 days prior to arrival.
- Security Deposit: A credit card number with a $500 available credit line. We will not charge the card unless necessary.
- All deposits are non-refundable.
